How long will it take to learn piano?

I want to learn the piano. I have experience in instruments lower, but not others. How long will I learn? How long does it take for me to have a memory and be able to play this song: http://www. youtube. com / watch? v = u7FhUjD2ThoGracias for helping! Btw not saying it depends on the person. . .

It doesn’t depend on the person, it depends on how fast and well you learn. Since you have experience in Bass Guitar it may only take you two weeks to have this song fully down.. practicing about an hour or so a day. Hopefully you can read notes which will help a lot! Now to memorize it, it may take you a little bit longer, but I know when I play the piano if I practice the piano enough I can have it memorized quickly. Good luck! some people take up to 2-4 years but if your a slow learner maybe 5

it will take longer to learn the notes and then try to play it.
but it will be easier to learn to play it by watching someone play it. . . again and again and again.
