Can Self Studying On Piano Lessons Help Me To Be Successful In My Piano Career?

I just want to know. . . I take piano lessons with mine. . . Coz you know money is tight. . . We even have piano without a teacher. . I teach only myself. . . I have a question that could not succeed in this race. . . I can read notes. . . but not quickly. . . I still need practice in order to move my 2 hands simultaneously. . . .
Is it still? to have my own studio. . . Coz you really have a strong interest!]
