This takes a magic touch. It takes a deeper understanding why they are here and what they are seeking. it is much deeper then fitness.trust me. When you use good systems that are strongly grounded in psychology and human anatomy the results can be astounding. Do not teach a fitness boot camp if you dont understand movement! As Boot Camp fitness instructor you need to be on the ball. You need to have eyes in the back of your head! But most importantly, you need to know how to throw a good party. Use humor
