How many years of private piano lesson before I can play on my own?

I play the flute, but I also learned the piano for a year now, as a secondary instrument to help the way I play the flute. How many years of piano lessons I take before I could play and develop my skills on my own piano?

How Many Times A Month Should A Beginer In Piano Receive Lessons?

I am a beginner and 21. Unfortunately, the experience that I will receive $ 30 per half hour. . Now as you can afford are probably two lessons per month. I always dreamed of learning to play the piano. . two courses per month, even going to help me learn something? the person who told me today to make an appointment with me said that as a beginner, I often go. . but it would be nice if I went twice a month?
