What are some good simple songs to sing and play on piano?

I am very new to playing the piano, but I learned a lot rápido.Ya play two songs by Taylor Swift (Chords only) What are some simple songs, with very good letras.Soy able to read music, but not well. Also, it would be better if Chords.Por please let me know, 10 points for a more detailed response with a link to the lyrics / chords sheet if possible?
