I LOVE the song “River flows in You”!!! It’s an awesome song, it’s really sweet sounding. I don’t know if it’s a difficult song or not, but you should look it up on youtube
Not sure what you mean by “pretty good”.
If that means “I’m practically a concert pianist but I’m just being modest”, then do Hungarian Rhapsody, or La Campanella by Liszt. Maybe Rhapsody in Blue by Gershwin. Those are always impressive pieces.
If “pretty good” means “I’m better than average and I can play pop songs”, try “All of Me” or “Waterfall” by Jon Schmidt.

Why not go modern?
Death Cab For Cutie songs are gorgeous, although mostly guitar, its really easy to just switch the tabs,
try Passenger Seat, or What Sarah Said.
Also, not too sure if it would work, but try some Dashboard Confessional songs as well.
