You may be able to get cheap lessons from any student teacher specializing in those instruments but not for free! The standard for any music teachers in Aus is about $30 for half an hour! Most teachers arent willing to give that up! We dont exactly earn big bucks ourselves! You may be able to teach yourself or get your parents to pay for you No such thing sorry!
